What’s the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

I start a morning playlist and every day it’s different. It’s interesting. Usually the last dream I had, it’s either set to some type of music or has a lyric in it or something so when I wake up I know what to start it with. This has been going on the last two years.

When you walk into a bar, what do you typically order?

To be safe, Jack and Coke because it’s really hard to mess up!

What's the one word you are guilty of using too often?

For me it’s actually two: "WONDERFUL." For some reason that’s been the one word in my vocabulary to describe everything OR "fantastic."

What is the last thing you searched for on Google?

Heated towel racks. I’m doing renovations on my condo and when I was in London recently for a Walking Dead convention, I discovered they all do them so I fell in love with them.

Who is the last person that called or texted you?

My best friend Aaron. We had planned to get a tattoo later and he called to ask “how painful would it be,” on his wrist.

What's the wallpaper on your phone and/or computer?

Me and my puppy, Judah! I’m holding him like a baby because that’s how he prefers to be held…not like a dog. It’s the two of us.

What was the last awkward situation you were in and how did you handle it?

I was at a party with a girl I’ve been dating and a girl I had previously dated showed up and was still kinda salty about it. I actually introduced them to each other and left them together to talk. Why? I felt they realized their issue was with me so if I just eliminated myself from the situation, they’d be really good friends…and I think they hit if off!

What is your TV guilty pleasure?

America Ninja Warrior! I love it. It’s an obstacle course show. I watch it and judge the performers as if I could do anything that they’re actually doing. I typically do it while eating something that’s going to make me out of shape...so it’s a weird dichotomy.

What's the first CD you bought?

Outkast — Stankonia.

And what music are you currently listening to?

DJ The Chicago Kid just dropped an album called In My Mind and it’s been on repeat in my house.

What is the one food you cannot resist?

Chicken wings (any kind). Any kind of chicken wings.

What movie makes you laugh the most?

Step Brothers with Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly. F-U-N-N-Y!

What toppings do you like on your pizza?

Nothing. Nothing. I don’t know when we got into adding more and more toppings to pizza but my first introduction to pizza was a plain cheese only. Ever since then, that was it when I was little. I don’t know why we’ve made it crazy and added things to it.

What drives you absolutely crazy?

Hearing people chew. Oh god! There are people to whom I’ve liked but hear them chew just ignites a rage in my inner soul and I don’t know why.

What was your first online screen name?

There was a song that came out by Justin Timberlake and T.I. called “My Love.” There’s a lyric in it where T.I. says ‘T.I., they call me candle guy simply because I am on fire." So my screen name was CandleGuy5225. Everybody thought it was like a porn name. It was weird…

What’s the last thing you copied & pasted on your phone?

A phone number I cannot identify! I don’t know whose phone number this is so there you go.

What’s your favorite curse word?

It would have to be "fuck." It’s so descriptive. You can use it in many different ways. You can use it over and over again in many different ways.

What's your favorite emoji?

The sly looking "I just made a sexual comment" thing. Like a half smile looking off to the side and squinting his eye a bit. Like he just said something looking to see whether you’ve accepted it or not. THAT guy!

Pick one: Kittens or puppies?

Puppies for sure. I don’t do antisocial animals.

New York or Los Angeles?

New York! Straight up and down. No doubt in my mind everyday of the week!

Twitter or Instagram?

Twitter. I prefer what people have to say rather than see how they look all the time!

Bacon or Nutella?

Oh bacon! It’s so diverse. You can have bacon ALL day. You can have bacon in the morning for breakfast. You can have bacon on a sandwich in the afternoon and you can have bacon wrapping your steak for dinner. You’re not going to get that kind of diversity with Nutella.

Britney or Christina?

I’m going to go with Christina. She can do vocals runs for at least 45 minutes. THAT is impressive!

Coffee or tea?

Coffee! Sometimes tea just doesn’t get the job done.

NSYNC or BSB?

NEITHER! Boys II Men.

2am or 2pm?

2 am. I’m usually asleep for one of those and it’s usually 2pm. Just mid-napping…

Beyoncé or Rihanna?

Good one! The twentysomething me is going to see Rihanna, but I have a feeling the rest of life me is going to say Beyoncé….

Netflix and chill or just Netflix?

Netflix and Chill UNLESS House of Cards is back and then it’s Netflix only and solitary confinement.

Hannah Montana or Lizzie McGuire?

Lizzie McGuire because she wasn’t lying to anybody. She was just straight up who she was…

And finally: tell us a secret.

There are several classic movies I have NEVER seen that I manage to stumble through in conversation when people bring up. I know I probably should have seen these movies but I have not and it would be too embarrassing to say that I did not see them so I give general movie storyline analysis when we all talk about it. For example, I’ve never seen Fight Club. However, I know enough about Fight Club to talk about Fight Club! But no one knows I have not actually seen it and there are several movies there this is the case with me in where I give general analysis of this movie I’ve never seen and makes people think I’m a deep intellectual but it’s just me giving general movie analysis on a movie I have not seen. That’s my secret!
