On Sept. 12 Gosling and Mendes welcomed a baby girl, the first child for both actors, US Weekly and People confirmed.
The couple kept baby-related news under wraps for months, but rumors circulated about Mendes' pregnancy this summer. In July, OK! Magazine reported that the actress was seven months pregnant, bringing girls everywhere who dreamed of having Gosling's baby to tears.
Mendes, 40, and Gosling, 33, have been dating since 2011 after meeting on the set of the 2012 film The Place Beyond the Pines.
The unfairly talented and gorgeous couple have not yet released the name of their future heartbreaker or a photo, so until then we can assume she looks like this:
